Tracey began her career as a land buyer for national housebuilders, including Barratt Developments and Persimmon Homes, managing multi-million-pound acquisitions and disposals across the South of England.

She is known for identifying the potential, exploring out of the box options to unlock a site and getting them across the line.

Lloyd’s background spans both private and public sectors, construction and development, with deep expertise in planning, design management, and project delivery.

He has led large-scale developments from land assembly and early feasibility through to completion, dealing with the realities of policy, stakeholders, and planning strategy.

Known for his calm approach and technical depth, Lloyd helps clients unlock sites others may dismiss as too complex.
