Exdell Limited was founded in 2023 to formalise a long-standing business relationship between directors Tracey and Lloyd. Prior to the incorporation of Exdell, numerous successful services and projects have been delivered over a number of years through this collaboration.

Collectively, the business is built on extensive experience in property development; from land assembly, through to construction and sales.

Meet our Directors
Tracey Bull
Director
Tracey has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years. Tracey established her career as a land buyer for national housebuilders Barratt Developments and Persimmon Homes during which time she has brokered many successful land purchases. She subsequently moved on to securing sales, acquistions and land assembly.
Tracey was awarded a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management alongside a full-time position as land buyer.
Lloyd Exley
Director
Lloyd has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years with a proven track-record of delivery. He has in-depth practical knowledge of design management, Town & Country planning and business leadership in both the Public and Private sectors.
Lloyd was awarded a Masters Degree with Distinction in Construction and Project Management whilst working full time for a regional Contractor and Property Developer.
